Born in 2014 out of a desire to cultivate authentic connections and personal growth, our team is dedicated to creating transformative experiences that empower young adults to embrace their true selves. Through our annual retreats and ongoing initiatives, we focus on developing heart-centered leadership skills, engaging in meaningful discussions about social justice, fostering healthy relationships, and unlocking financial prosperity. - Coordinate flyer distribution to centers and other key outreach locations.
- Capture and share live moments from events, such as Zoom heart photos, and boost user-generated content, including testimonials and engagement photos, across all marketing channels.
- Expectations:
- Team members are expected to bring creative ideas, maintain consistent branding, and regularly monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities.
- Must be comfortable with digital marketing tools like Mailchimp and social media analytics.
- Impact:
- This team plays a critical role in expanding NextGEN’s visibility, leading to increased event participation and growing the community’s digital presence. Success is measured by social media growth and registration numbers.
- Team Responsibilities:
- Lead all fundraising efforts by contacting partner centers, past donors, and community members to secure financial contributions.
- Draft compelling “ask” emails and develop a consistent pipeline of donor outreach.
- Oversee donor stewardship by sending personalized handwritten thank-you notes and automated email acknowledgments.
- Expectations:
- Fundraisers should have excellent communication skills and be proactive in outreach. Stewardship team members need to maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure donors feel appreciated.
- The goal is to raise $20,000, and team members must be comfortable tracking progress and engaging donors through multiple channels.

- This team’s work directly supports the financial sustainability of NextGEN, providing the necessary resources to fund retreats, workshops, and community-building events.
